Design
JPI offers the best possible business plans and feasibility reviews as well as concept and marketing strategies based on owner’s requirements and site conditions.
JPI also provides various solutions for anticipated development fund support, financing, operation, legal and tax related problems before the development. By reviewing the costs of a building including maintenance and management costs after the development, we can provide total and systematic solutions for the owner.

Construction
Construction management (CM) is a service providing representation of the owner from the strategic planning and feasibility stages in order to manage project costs, schedule, contract and safety with overall consistency. JPI will provide the best possible outcome with the budget range of the owner. JPI guides the building completions optimized for project cost, quality and project period. Our goal is to maximize the owners’ property values and their satisfaction.
Construction Supervision (CS) is a service of measurements and documentations for quality and safety control purposes during construction. JPI will constantly produce the best quality within the target construction method and budget through flawless technical guidance over the entire construction field in both public and private projects. Interior fit-out
JPI have done many Interior renovation and Fit-out works, from renovations to fit-outs, we have managed to complete them well and above satisfaction. We provide services for all sorts of interior construction whether it be a house renovation or a company office fit-out.
Building Construction
JPI has done several building constructions, mostly for companies or residential houses. JPI will look at the surroundings of the area and design and construct the best possible building that suits, if not better, in the area.
